You may use our website for lawful purposes only. By accessing the site you agree that you will not:

Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including size and material. Product photos are for illustration; slight variation in colour, finish and included fittings can occur between production runs. Measure before you order; sizes are the maker's stated sizes. No product is stated to be WRAS approved or to meet a British Standard unless its product page says so.
Products that sit in or over an existing drain, replace a plug or strainer, clear a blockage, or connect an appliance hose to an existing waste pipe are things most people can do themselves. Work on fixed plumbing and drainage should be done by a qualified plumber, and drainage work may need to comply with the Building Regulations. A blockage in a shared drain or a public sewer is usually the water company's responsibility, so check before you pay for private work.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure, encrypted (SSL) payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is authorised.
