The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and makers revise finishes, packaging and included fittings between production runs, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Sizes and materials are the figures published by the manufacturer.
Not plumbing advice
Our products are household drain products. Nothing on this site is plumbing advice. Products that sit in or over an existing drain, replace a plug or strainer, clear a blockage, or connect an appliance hose to an existing waste pipe are things most people can use themselves. Work on fixed plumbing and drainage should be done by a qualified plumber. That includes fitting or altering wastes, traps, linear shower drains and connections to a drain or sewer. Drainage work may need to comply with the Building Regulations.
Measure before you order. Sizes are the maker's stated sizes. We do not state that a product is WRAS approved or that it meets a British Standard unless its product page says so. If you need an approved product for a job, check with your plumber before ordering.
A blockage in a shared drain or a public sewer is usually the water company's responsibility. Check with your water company before you pay for private work.
