UK delivery
Delivery is free on orders of £100 or more. Orders under £100 have a flat £12 delivery charge. Every order is sent with a tracked courier. We deliver to every part of the UK, and to UK addresses only.
Dispatch and timings
Every product is held in UK warehouses. We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Including that handling time, most orders arrive within 3 to 6 working days from the date you place the order. Remote addresses can take a little longer. We do not offer an express service.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
